College Ministry Director
We are looking for a person to serve by assisting the College Pastor as a ministry director, by recruiting team members, providing spiritual care for college students, group discipleship, one-on-one discipleship, leading campus events and activities, creating curriculum for college small groups, and training and discipling leaders. This is a paid position for 10-15 hours/week that will require attending weekly staff meetings and being a regular part of Cornerstone Church. Young Adult Ministry Director
We are looking for a person to serve by assisting the Young Adult Pastor as a ministry director, by planning connection opportunities and
providing spiritual care for young adults, caring for and overseeing the Young Adult Core Team in the execution of ministry tasks and events, and creating opportunities for young adult spiritual formation (e.g. create/develop content from Scripture). This will be a paid 10-15 hour a week position and will require attending weekly staff meetings and becoming a regular part of Cornerstone Church. Communications Director
We are looking for someone to serve as a ministry director under the supervision of the Lead Pastor. Through the guidance and leadership of this director, Cornerstone Church of Boston will develop a clearer communication strategy and platform so that the mission of God would be clearly communicated within and without the community. This person will lead Cornerstone’s communication initiatives by recruiting, equipping, and empowering the Creative Communication Team, attending Pastoral Staff Team meetings for ministry updates and oversight, and managing internal communications that engage Cornerstone in the activities of the church and mission that God has given us (including social media, the church website, Keynote slides, mail merges, and signage). This is a paid 10-15 hour a week position and does NOT necessitate that the person become an attender of Cornerstone. Justice Ministry Director
We are looking for someone to serve as a ministry director under the supervision of the Lead Pastor. Through the guidance and leadership of this director, Cornerstone Church of Boston will tangibly advance its mission of seeking compassionate justice in the world and its metrics for justice as stated in our vision of being a church without walls and serving the marginalized in our society. Duties will include providing guidance to our congregation in both developing and accomplishing our Cornerstone Church mission and vision to increase personal commitment to advocate for the marginalized and pursue compassionate justice, to attend Pastoral Staff Team meetings for ministry updates and oversight, to lead Cornerstone’s justice initiatives by recruiting, equipping, and empowering the Love Mercy Do Justice Ministry Team, and partnering with community organizations/schools/non-profits/etc in Boston to see where we can use our gifts to bless Boston in holistic ways (economically/systematically/spiritually/etc). This is a paid 10-15 hour a week position and necessitates that the person become a regular attender of Cornerstone Church.
