Job Listing: Guest Services Specialist @ Pilgrim Pines
Pilgrim Pines Camp and Conference Center (www.pilgrimpines.org) is seeking applicants for the full time position of Guest Services Specialist. Pilgrim Pines is a year round Christian camp ministry owned and operated by the East Coast Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church (www.eastcoastconf.org).
The Guest Services Specialist is a critical part of our hospitality team. This individual will be responsible for creating positive guest experiences beginning with the first phone call and concluding at check out. A positive attitude, focused specifically on providing exceptional customer service, is a must as is a clear commitment to the mission of Pilgrim Pines.
