East Coast Conference Annual Meeting & Gather 2021 to Be Held Virtually

The 131st East Coast Conference Annual Meeting will be held online via Zoom on Saturday, April 24, 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and related safety concerns. The meeting will begin at 8:30 AM. All member churches will need to select and certify their complement of delegates for admission to the session prior to the meeting.

The Ministerial Association Annual Meeting will also be convened virtually Friday PM, April 23, 2021. Further details will be announced soon.

Gather 2021 to Be Held Virtually

Gather 2021, which includes the 135th Annual Meeting, will be held June 23-26 as a virtual event due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic.

The 2020 Annual Meeting was canceled because of the pandemic. An extra day has been added to the schedule in June in order to address unfinished business from last year.

The Service of Ordination, Commissioning, and Consecration will be livecast the evening of June 26.
